A sector, the food industry, in great expansion in which Metalstampo has consolidated its presence over the years, in the production of dedicated die-cast aluminum and zamak components.

In 2018 the MOCA certification was achieved which allowed to expand the catchment area.

The electromechanical sector is a reference point for our production of die-cast components. The production of high quality components for both static and rotating electrical machines are in fact one of our strengths.
We therefore produce components for limit switches, encoders, microswitches, components for gas control and distribution and various other solutions.

An increasingly important area of our production concerns the compressed air and high pressure water sector.
For these areas, Metalstampo produces numerous die-cast components in aluminum and zamak specific for spray guns, cylinders, filters, lubricators, pressure regulators as well as pump bodies for pressure washers and valve bodies.

The automotive is a sector that is of great importance to us.
The areas of application of our die-cast components are many. We produce various solutions of different gearbox models as well as boxes for motors. A large production area also concerns gearmotors specifically dedicated to windscreen wipers rather than window lifters and the like.
The range is then completed with numerous solutions dedicated to other functional components of the automotive sector and to mechanical components.

The increasing demand for photovoltaic solutions has prompted us to start the production of die-cast aluminum and zamak components for this sector.
The components produced must in fact be highly technological and always offer new solutions for a market in constant technical and technological evolution. Precisely for this reason we are expanding our production with the production of die-cast aluminum castings, such as heat sinks and reflecting cones, applicable to the most innovative renewable energy solutions.

The die-cast aluminum and zamak components destined for the household appliance sector were the first parts produced by Metalstampo. We produce groups of burners in aluminum and nickel alloy, and other functional components for hobs, ovens and kitchens; these products, after the casting process, undergo mechanical processing such as diamond coating, surface treatments such as sandblasting, assembly and seal tests.

Through the acquired experience we have come to realize gas components covered by patents.

The production also includes handles, knobs and other components of high aesthetic value and of various types also intended for other sectors, such as furniture and the "shower box" sector.

The medical sector represents a rapidly growing niche, especially with regard to hospital equipment. Since 2017 Metalstampo has entered the business of this sector, producing dedicated die-cast aluminum and zamak components.
