Our commitment to ensuring the highest quality at every stage of the production process is the cornerstone of our daily activity. This leads us to continuously invest in cutting-edge die-casting technologies, capable of offering universal, flexible and highly automated solutions, which allow us to respond to the specific needs of the different industrial sectors we serve, such as automotive, consumer electronics and precision mechanical engineering.
The quality control we apply to aluminum and zamak die-cast components begins with a rigorous selection of raw material suppliers, based on metallurgical purity and traceability criteria. This approach continues throughout the entire production process, which includes critical phases such as melting, mold filling and controlled solidification, with timely and non-destructive metrological checks, using advanced technologies such as computed tomography (CT) and spectrometric analysis. Each step of the production chain is monitored through an integrated quality management system, which allows real-time control of process variables.
We operate in strict compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 regulation, structuring our production process in well-defined phases, from design to final delivery. Each project is subject to a detailed feasibility analysis, in which production criticalities, costs and solutions for improving the production cycle are assessed. Thanks to the use of flow simulation tools, such as CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modeling, we can optimize the design of the molds and reduce common defects such as porosity or inhomogeneities in the structure of the piece.
Our die-casting department, equipped with automated presses with a clamping force of up to 1,000 tons, is the heart of our production capacity. Here we use robotic automation systems for the movement of the pieces and real-time parameter control systems, with integrated sensors for monitoring the temperature of the molten metal, injection pressure and cycle times. In parallel, our quality control department is equipped with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and non-destructive testing devices, such as radiographic and ultrasonic tests, to ensure compliance with dimensional and mechanical requirements.
The experience we have accumulated in light alloy die casting has allowed us to develop innovative solutions that meet the most demanding requirements in terms of precision and performance. This has led to the creation of patented components, widely used by our customers in critical sectors such as the automotive industry, where mechanical resistance and lightness are key factors. We continue to push the boundaries of innovation, collaborating with research centers and universities to explore new alloys and technologies that can further improve the quality and efficiency of die casting.

DESIGN AND
CO-DESIGN
In addition to the core business of aluminum and zamak die casting, we offer complete support to customers right from the initial design and manufacturing stages of the equipment. Since 2020, the company has been equipped with a resin 3D printer, which allows for rapid and precise prototyping. A crucial aspect in selecting the most suitable materials is the close collaboration with leading companies in the production of raw materials, thus ensuring technologically advanced and high-quality solutions.

DIE CASTING
ALUMINUM AND ZAMAK
Metalstampo Srl has 7 presses with a production capacity ranging from 125 to 700 tons, divided into two hot chamber presses and five cold chamber presses. The company also specializes in vacuum die casting. As for mechanical processing, we are equipped with transfer units, five-axis work centers on two stations, lathes and threading stations. In order to guarantee an excellent product, we have integrated a certified three-dimensional control machine into our production cycle, which offers a measurement detection service with high accuracy and repeatability.
