Ensuring the quality of a controlled product in every production phase is the commitment we undertake every day towards our customers and which drives us to evolve towards increasingly universal, flexible and automatic technologies.
We carry out scrupulous monitoring at every level in the production of die-cast aluminum and zamak components, from the selection of suppliers to distribution, requiring ourselves to be strictly controlled at each stage of the supply chain.
Our working method includes specific production and control phases, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification to which we adhere. Each project is subjected to careful reading and analysis. Highlighting any production measures to reduce costs and optimize results is our first commitment to customers.
The die-casting department, equipped with maximum automation and control, plays a primary role in optimizing technical and economic requests, and is supported by the control department for dimensional, pressure tightness and mechanical resistance checks.
The experience gained in the production of die-cast aluminum and zamak parts has also allowed us to develop our own projects that have led to the creation of components covered by patents and used by our customers.
DESIGN AND
CO-DESIGN
Alongside the aluminum and zamak die-casting activity, we support the customer in the first and important phase of designing and building the equipment. From 2020, the company has a 3D resin printer, for rapid prototyping. Relevant for the choice of the most suitable materials is the technological collaboration with leading companies producing raw materials.
DIE CASTING
ALUMINUM AND ZAMAK
We are equipped with 11 presses, with production capacity ranging from 7 T to 700T, divided into 5 hot chamber presses and 6 cold chamber presses. Metalstampo also produces vacuum die castings. For mechanical processing we are equipped with transfer units, 5-axis machining centers on two stations, lathes and stations for threading. In order to provide an excellent product, we have added, to complete the production cycle, a certified Three-dimensional Control Machine, able to offer a measurement service of maximum accuracy and repeatability.
FINISHES
In order to guarantee a perfect finished product intended for the most varied production sectors, Metalstampo also manages the following processes:
sandblasting, vibrating, tumbling, shot peening, satin finishing, polishing, galvanizing, chrome plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, brass plating, passivation, PVD, heat treatments and painting;
assembly of plastic parts on metal;
thermoplastic co-molding on metal.
